The Recorder Society of Connecticut was founded by Elise Jaeger and Helen Hermes. Its first official meeting was in January, 1989.

Our programs are coordinated by Susan Iadone, our Music Director. Susan maintains a busy career teaching and performing on viola, viola da gamba and recorder, and has an extensive discography.
